Research Interests:

I am in my first year of my Masters of Professional Engineering degree (mechanical specialization). Having completed an undergraduate B.Sc. degree double majoring in Engineering Science and Anatomy & Human Biology, I am interested in pursuing a research career in the field of biomechanics/biomedical engineering.

I have had previous research experience in genetics and education research through internships at CIBER (Centre for Integrative Bee Research) and CEF (Centre for Education Futures) at the University of Western Australia.

I am currently investigating the rupture risk of Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA). From 3D reconstructions of AAAs from CT and MRI scans, I help estimate the diseased aortic wall stress and predict ruptures.

Hobbies & Interests:

I am very passionate about music, books and sports. I play the violin and am currently learning the ukulele. I play futsal and badminton on weekends and love reading Harry Potter.
